Comments on Blogger and Blogspot

On the blog sites Blogger or Blogspot:

I find this morning that I am unable to comment on either of those sites. I get a message that says “Bad Request, Error 400” and I can get no further for entering a comment. Does anyone else have that problem or know the solution?

For my friends who use those sites, I want you to know that I am still reading your posts but am unable to comment.

Restarting the Mac ended the problem.  ?!
