Seven ridges in one photo — the mountains really are something. Add in the sunset and the wide range of colors, and it’s especially memorable. I can see why you lingered a bit.
Leaves you speechless! And it was just the right moment, now, that I saw this. Soothing… reassuring … there is a bigger picture, even though the social troubles sometimes seem like they ‘are the world’ ! They are not. There is a bigger reality out there. And a wonderful, majestic one.
The scene had an aura of peacefulness about it; and perspective. A wonderful end to a day. I wish more folks across the world could experience moments and scenes like it.
This photo makes me think of a Roy Vickers painting. I would put the link here but the spam checker would probably pick it up. Just google Roy Vickers paintings and click on his images. You’ll see what I mean.
Excellent and wonderful scenario. Congrats.

Another superb shot. I hope you’ve got some more to share 🙂
I’m really enjoying these sunset silhouettes (or near silhouettes).

There are one or two more from that evening that I can post. As the light kept changing, more scenes appeared.

That scene is very nice on a clear day, but the evening brings another kind of enchantment.

Thanks! There is a lot at play there, with the setting sun and the layers of smoke with clear sky above. Sure makes an interesting scene though!
