  1. Better than what a bee sees (perhaps).

    • I wish I could see what they see. It would be an interesting perspective and probably would explain a lot of things.

    • The light and the setting were so good, I saw that from at least 50 feet away. I love when that happens!

  7. It’s amazing how perfectly you’ve captured the details. And isn’t it interesting how the occasional flower will stand out, and almost demand attention? It seems the least we can do to stop, and admire, and record them for posterity. Besides, there’s always the added pleasure of looking at photos again later. There are times when I just browse my archives, for the pure pleasure of it.

    • Yes, I spend a lot of time admiring flowers and scenery and I also enjoy wandering through my archives. I take and post photos so that others can enjoy the scenes too and also for folks to use when doing research on flowers or places. The photos that I use in the blog are first uploaded to Flickr and then they are referenced to the blog. Both Flickr and the blog are searchable and a lot of people find the photos that way, especially on Flickr, where my Flickr site gets nearly ten times the views that the blog does.

    • It is! The beauty of a subject like this would be un-noticed were it seen on a bright, sunny day.
