Hi Montucky, Oh, I am just oohing and aah-ing about this photo. So vivid and beautifully crafted! Stunning scenery. Love those coppers and fiery reds. Have a fine week ahead. Enjoy your happy trails!
I walk that stretch of road every morning just a little after daylight. It’s a nice start to my day, especially when the light is good as it was for the photo.
What fabulous light. A golden sun really does set all the leaves even more aflame than usual. It’s a beautiful sight — I’m so glad you have it to enjoy.
I wish you could too. Every time I walk there I’m reminded of the night that you walked up the road and came back after a cougar screamed at you in the dark. I still admire your courage when you went back up with me to look for it.
Gorgeous!

I walk a mile on that road the first thing every morning, and look forward to it each time. And when the light is just right…

How gorgeous is that Autumn scene, Terry.
Absolutely stunning.
(and I’m way behind in my blog reading, so I hope I haven’t missed one of your posts – they’re always a treat for me).

Wow, that is stunning! Are you having a longer than usual autumn in terms of colour?

No, our colors seem to be brief this year and a little sporadic. We have still been struggling with a drought this summer.
