  5. Merry Christmas, my friend! And thank you for sharing your beautiful photos with us. We’re having unseasonably warm weather for Christmas – in the 60’s today and plenty of sunshine. No snow on the horizon, so I’m enjoying yours.

    • Merry Christmas! Some of our recent Christmas seasons have been warmer and dryer, but this year it’s cold and white!

  8. What a beautiful scene — that sunlight almost makes the snow inviting.

    • Merry Christmas Sue. This has been a pretty and old fashioned Christmas this year, the kind I remember from my youth.

  14. I hope you had a good Christmas, Terry, that’s a real Christmas tree. It’s been pretty cold here, more so than usual this time of year.

    Comment by Candace — December 26, 2015 @ 3:05 pm

    • I hope your Christmas was a good one too, Candace! I’ve heard about the cold weather you’re been having. I had a visit from a grand son who lives in Phoenix. It it makes you feel and warmer, it is now 16 here and headed for an overnight low of 4. The sky is clear and the stars are extremely bright in the cold clear air.

  16. Hi Montucky, I hope your Christmas was nice. We had a quite fun one at home here. I intend to do more birding in our new locality and hope to be spotting more songbirds (the big birds are all over the place!). Have a great coming week!

  17. We had a very green and warm Christmas this year. Did not get any real snow and ended the month of December as the warmest on record. We did get sub-freezing temperatures this morning with a couple of inches of Lake Effect snow make the world a little prettier. ๐Ÿ™‚

Happy New Year, Terry! Going to get back into this year and will be around.
