Beautiful! Thank you for sharing your country and heart in breath taking photos with us this year. Merry Christmas to you and yours and a Happy and Healthier 2014! hugs
Hi Janina! We had only a small tree this year, and late at that, but we’ll have a taller one again next year when hopefully everyone will be feeling much better. Merry Christmas to you and your family!
I’m sorry, montucky, but I guess I must have missed something about ill health. Hope everything turns out okay. In fact, I was trying to be humorous by referring to one of the trees in your pic being lit up! All the best, 🙂
Thanks Matti. There is a large section of Idaho that was given the Coeur d’Alene name for its beautiful wheat fields. This mountain range also received the name.
I hope you Christmas was a wonderful one!
Hi Montucky, Hope you had a great Christmas – I did. Had a really nice social dinner with neighbors here. Bird watching was fine yesterday too! Have a pleasant weekend! Your picture of all that snow is quite nice.
I’m a little late, but I hope you had a nice Christmas!
I got to have my white Christmas this year, even if it was white sandy beaches instead of snow. Still counts 😉
Well….it was a cold, cold day.
It’s supposed to snow tonight.
If it does, it will be the first snow that we have had here (we have had 2 ice storms…no snow).
Love your photo. It will never look quite that spellbinding and dramatic here! 😉
We are supposed to snow tonight also, but it won’t amount to much I’m afraid. The high country around here has quite a bit now and that’s where we need it. The nearest ski area (35 air miles) now has a 66 inch base. I’d love to have another foot or two here though before winter is over.
What a beautiful phrase your title is … Merry Christmas!
