  28. Stunning! As always… I’m currently winging my way to Billings where I will pick up a car rental and head to Red Lodge. Am spending New Year’s Eve with some of the many friends I’ve met since buying a house there… Delta’s online Wi-Fi works a bit slower than my fast internet connection at home but wanted to stop by to wish you a Happy Holiday Season! I’ve posted a greeting (written 6 days ago and finally posted yesterday) on my blog… it’s just been one of those kind of years.

Hope that 2012 brings you many more photo ops for us to all enjoy! Best wishes for a great year!

  31. It seems that I am late, as usually. So sorry! Christmas has been very busy here with few problems. We had a winter storm that broke trees and cut off the electricity. We were lucky, no broken or fallen trees, although nearest was about 21 yards from our fence. Power cut lasted only 11 hours. This morning, December 30th, about 30000 households have no electricity yet.

Your photo is a postcard; incredible beautiful.

I wish Happy New Year 2012 to You and Yours.

    • Happy New Year to you and your family Matti! I’m glad you weren’t severely affected by the storm! Here we are still awaiting winter. It has been unseasonably warm although we are getting some fairly good snow now in the higher elevations.

  33. I’m late, too! I ended up traveling for a few days around Christmas, and took no gadgets with me at all – not even my beloved laptop. So, I’m only now getting around to visiting folks and enjoying their holiday posts.

I hope your Christmas was filled with joy – as much or more as you’ve given to us with your photos! (And the beaver dam is such a nice photo!)
