    • When I saw the Asters blooming over the golden autumn leaves I couldn’t pass it up.

  5. My favorite color combination. I shot asters today, but our leaves are mostly still green. In fact, I saw on the noon news that even the upper part of Maine, is only 10 to30 % color.

    • We still just have very spotty colors, now at all widespread yet. The nip still isn’t in the air though. More will come.

    • Those Asters are very wise. They bloom at the time when they get all of the attention.

    • I liked the combination of the summer blossom and the autumn leaves. Another picture that Nature framed.

  9. I love these little flowers. If they’re the same ones as we have growing here, then they look very plain and ordinary until you see them up close, like in your photo. Great pic. Love the colors and detail!

    • Probably are the same flowers. I think they are wide spread. They are everywhere now, among the last ones to bloom.
