Oh, these are gorgeous and such wonderful captures. I really like the 1st photo deep in its colors. I haven’t seen orange honeysuckle and we have yellow and white growing. I’d love to have some orange honeysuckle.
They are fun to photograph when you can find one close enough to the ground. The first ones I saw in full bloom this year were on a steep slope below the trail and when I tried to get closer, they were well over ten feet above the ground.

This is a vine an the blossoms are sometimes found up to ten feet up in trees. It grows only in the far western states and British Columbia.

We have a domestic one but none of these although I read they can be easily propagated from clippings.

My favorite is #2…the flower’s personality pops.

They do have a lot of personality and have different looks as the light changes.

They do have a sweet smell and in certain places there are lots of blossoms.

Love that close up. Almost like saying hello to the honeysuckle, up close and personal. So pretty.

You know anything orange gets my attention. Very fine set of photos showing the moods of orange. 🙂

I guess I have never seen honeysuckle close up. That little cap leaf is neat. These are wonderful shots.

These are native to the western-most states minus Nevada. THey are just as pretty as they appear and they’re quite large so they’re quite showy.

The ones around here don’t have the little green cloak protecting the blossoms. Very pretty!

The leaves that make a little umbrella over the blossoms are interesting aren’t they!

They are native to Arizona, but I would imagine only north of the Rim and possibly in the Chiricahua mountains.
