  3. Terry! Regardless of what kind of grass it is, it is starkly beautiful with that winter sky behind it. You have the balance, light, color and composition down just right. Lovely, as always!

    • That was fresh, wet snow, Cedar; staring to melt and in that narrow window of time between when it fell and when it was all gone. It’s great to be outdoors in such a time.

  6. Grass with frosting. The interesting thing to me is the fact that the snow is not bending the grass more than it is.

    • That’s a pretty stiff grass. It seems to weather a lot of storms and still stick up in defiance.
