Have you ever wondered if a duck, like this one, has the ability to see the multi colors of the carpet on which it swims, or the vivid hues on the walls of its pond?

World of color

If what this article says is true, it can. A duck’s vision is somewhere between fifty and a hundred times more acute than ours and it has possibly up to five times better color perception.

Then on this tiny lake, hidden hundreds of feet above the valley and approached only by a steep and rocky trail through a crack in the cliffs below, the little fellow can enjoy his colorful home in relative peace and safety.
