    • They are incredible little creatures, Bo. In just the last week or so they have let me get quite close and I’ve been loving it. Can’t always get photos though.

    • Those tails really catch the light when they flare them. I’m sure it’s an aerodynamics thing, but also a real show!

    • It was just one of those times when timing and focus came together. I was just trying to get some shots at close range with the macro lens.

  12. I love it when we can catch a bird in a conductor pose. I did it with Puffins and Razorbills back in June and you’ve got it perfect with a tiny hummer. Very cool!
