My pleasure, Maureen! These photos were taken on a stretch of Thompson River that I fish at least a half dozen times a summer, not because the fishing’s good there, but because of the daisies.

You are right, bow can anybody be feeling low if they are in the middle of a patch of daisies. I refuse to mow my lawn near my carport as there are wild daisies in bloom. After they are gone by I’ll mow. First the violets, then the daisies,… life is good!

I’ve always like ox-eyed daisies, partly because the whole concept of daisies is so old fashioned with so many traditions.
