Confusion

There are lots of plants around that look similar to me and since I am not adept at identification anyway, they make me very confused. Here are some photos and attempted ID’s.

Maianthemum stellatum

Feathery false lily of the valley
Maianthemum racemosum

Dwarf Ginseng
Panax trifolius
Ginseng family
 (Just a guess because it isn’t supposed to grow in western Montana.)
