Purple day!

Bull Thistle, (Cirsium vulgare)

March 26th is a special day when folks wear purple to increase awareness about epilepsy, a challenge that affects over 50 million people. There is an excellent website you can visit that is very helpful for learning about and understanding more about epilepsy.

Many years ago someone who worked for me had this condition and I then became aware of the challenges it presents in the workplace and also learned how to effectively deal with it in his particular situation. The more we all understand, the more we can do to be of assistance!

Additional note:
Thank you, Cedar at
Adirondack View for making me aware of this program! I did not know about it until I saw her post this afternoon.
