A Montucky Point of View

Filed under: Montana — montucky @ 11:14 pm

I would like to invite everyone to visit A Montucky Point of View, a new blog I have decided to initiate and moderate on a trial basis. For the moment, please consider it a work in progress.

At a rapidly increasing frequency, issues and ideas arise on which I feel an urge to express my views and on which, for balance and perspective, I would very much like to see the views of other folks while welcoming ideas, opinions and dialogue including responsible opposing views.

As in Montana Outdoors, this weblog will be maintained in a manner intended to be suitable for a general audience and child-friendly and I reserve the option of deleting comments or material that I deem unsuitable for that audience. (There’s enough of that going around today without publishing more of it here!)

  1. hmmmm….. ok,…. I’ll check it out! Of course you know me well enough by now to know that I’ll have opinions too. I’ll bet that although we are many states apart that i’ll agree with most of your discussions. Looking forward to it!

  3. more montucky! good for you and good luck in spreading your ideas! I think that is a big part of it especially for people like me who are naive and not too in tune to all of the news. I think it will at least be a great place to inform and generate ideas

  4. Thanks, Silken! At least I can let folks see what things look like around here. I hope to get some good dialog going from time to time!

  5. Ah, you must be looking for more things to do when you’re snowed in and don’t feel like grabbing a shovel! 🙂

  6. That, too, Malcolm. Mostly I want to provide a little information and opinion about this part of the world to those who don’t contact it very often and get some feedback to see if I’m way out of line in my opinions and leave Montana Outdoors as a more positive feeling sanctuary for those accustomed to visiting.

  7. I’ll be over soon. I look forward to learning of more of the layers that make up Montucky.

  8. I want to keep this as a photo blog rather than bore everyone with issues from this particular area if they’re not especially interested. I’ll just have to see how it goes. I’ll welcome opinions on anything you feel is of interest, Pinhole!
