Well, there are still a few days left….

  1. I love the blue flowers with two butterflies in attendance. I really like the blue colored areas on the butterflies too. 😀 Nice photography!

  2. Beautiful! What kind of butterfly is that?

  3. Cripes! Just what are you feeding your butterflies and moths over there in Montana? Steroids? Miracle-Gro?

Or are those just really tiny flowers?

  5. You really should look into publishing your photos! Whether it’s vistas, or flowers, butterflys, animals, you are an excellent photographer!

  6. Tabbie,

I like that one too. That photo is from the back country: the others are in the garden.

  7. Patia,

I have no idea. It looks like an imitation of the Mourning Cloak.

  8. Wolf,

The first butterfly is quite large. The flowers in the last photo are smaller, but plentiful this time of year.

  9. Sumedh,

They are pretty creatures, aren’t they! I always consider it a privilege when they visit.

  10. Cedar,

Thank you for the kind words! I have great subjects to photograph and I’m pleased that you enjoy them. I think that the technical quality of the photos though probably isn’t good enough for publishing.
