Looks pretty enough: who’d know it’s poisonous? Tanacetum vulgare
It’s also non-native, having come from Europe. Now, exactly how this one made it all the way to the high ridge near the top of Patrick’s Knob is a mystery to me!

I guess we’re finally running out of wildflowers for this season. I’m sorry for that to happen, but the new fall colors will take over soon.

Wind or birds probably carried it up there. Pretty bright for this time of year as more and more of the yellows (not counting fall leaves) start slipping away.

Pretty photo, Montucky! That looks like a member of the Carrot genus, which features many edible, and many poisonous, plants.
